We’re seeking an innovative and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives and propel our business to new heights.

About the Role

As our CMO/Head of Digital Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our strategic marketing efforts, responsible for aligning our brand vision with ambitious business targets. You’ll leverage your expertise in digital innovation, storytelling, and analytics to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) throughout every stage of the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced brand reach.

o Deep dive into our Ideal Client Profile to tailor marketing initiatives that effectively guide prospects along their buying journey.

Revenue Growth & Business Targets:

o Own marketing-driven revenue and growth targets, collaborating closely with sales and finance teams to set and achieve ambitious business goals.

o Design data-driven initiatives that contribute directly to profitability and long-term success.

Brand Management & Positioning:

o Craft and implement branding strategies to enhance public perception and secure a competitive edge.

o Conduct regular brand audits to fine-tune our market positioning.

Campaign & Budget Oversight:

o Lead the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention.

o Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI, reallocating resources as needed to align with shifting business priorities.

Market Research & Trend Adaptation:

o Perform in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, using insights to pivot strategies in real time.

Customer Insights & Experience:

o Leverage customer feedback and insights to enhance every touchpoint, ensuring a customer-centric approach that boosts satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Narrative & Storytelling:

o Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive product narratives that communicate value and drive demand, tailored to every stage of the customer journey.

Digital & Social Media Strategy:

o Lead a robust digital presence, crafting strategies across social media and content platforms to build brand awareness and convert leads into loyal customers.

Performance Metrics & Analytics:

o Establish and monitor KPIs that directly link marketing activities to business outcomes, using data to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.

Strategic Partnerships & PR:

o Build strategic partnerships and manage public relations efforts to bolster our brand reputation and visibility.

o Represent the company at industry events, media engagements, and public forums to reinforce credibility and trust.

Team Leadership & Innovation:

o Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

o Integrate cutting-edge marketing technologies to drive efficiency and support our strategic goals.

Crisis Management & Brand Protection:

o Develop and execute crisis communication strategies to safeguard the brand and minimize business disruption.
