Rooted in South Indian heritage and built for a global audience, Mookuthi offers finely crafted nose pins and septum rings through an omnichannel presence — our Chennai flagship, our travelling shows across India, remote consultations, and our online store. Over the last few years, we have built very immersive offline experiences with which we understood our consumers in great detail. We are now looking to translate this experience to our digital business and scale it. What You’ll Own Reimagine Mookuthi.com into a rich, intuitive, and conversion-optimized experience, which delivers the brand story in great detail. We understand this to be an iterative process and we d like to constantly evolve the platform. Translate our high-touch offline experience into a scalable digital journey Own digital revenue across paid marketing, content, SEO, email, and web performance Build a full-funnel engine: from lead gen to nurturing to conversion and retention Hire and mentor a junior team as the digital channel scales Set up dashboards, measure outcomes, and iterate fast What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in D2C digital growth , ideally in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury sectors Strong grasp of e-commerce UX , performance marketing , and content strategy Experience working with Shopify (or similar), ad platforms (Meta, Google), and CRM/email tools Builder mindset – you’ve worked in early-stage environments, built funnels from scratch, and learned by doing Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance outcomes A deep sense of ownership, curiosity, and alignment with our craft-led, consumer-first approach You are empathetic You have an eye for fashion & luxury Why Join Us You’ll be at the ground floor of Mookuthi’s digital evolution, with high visibility and full ownership You’ll work with a founder deeply involved in product and brand You’ll help shape a category and create a globally resonant brand, rooted in cultural depth You’ll work in a small, agile, and creatively driven team with the ability to move fast and build boldly Show more Show less
