Role Description This is a full-time role for an Online Business Lead (Growth & Experience) at Mookuthi. The role is located in Chennai but allows for some work from home. The Online Business Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to driving growth and enhancing the consumer experience for the brand. Who is it for ? You have experience in or excited by digital marketing (meta, google, WA, mail marketing, youtube, etc.) content marketing (how creative assets create interest) fashion, lifestyle (you simply have a keen eye for fashion or worked in a fashion business) data (you obsess over collating data & analyse it in detail) online cataloguing (you understand how to put together products to be found more easily - you are either an obsessive shopper or you have experience working in the backend of D2C brands) consumers (you love chatting with consumers and identifying their requirements or pain points , to remove or reduce friction in their shopping journey) UI UX (you have technical knowledge on how an online store should function efficiently) team player (you enjoy working with cross functional teams, to bring out ideas to fruition) Qualifications 5-8 years experience in a similar domain (preferably fashion, lifestyle D2C business, working on the online store) Communication and Writing skills Analytical Skills and Research abilities Training experience Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus An affinity or understanding of South Indian culture and heritage is a plus Having a nose piercing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
