Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (5+ Years Experience) Experience Required: 5+ years About the Role We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with over 5 years of experience to lead our digital growth and manage the complete technical ecosystem of our marketing infrastructure. This role blends backend website management with performance marketing expertise and demands a deep understanding of advanced SEO, PPC, server-side operations, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Website & Backend Management Manage website backend including WordPress, custom CMS, and server-side tasks (AWS, cPanel). Perform regular updates, landing page creation, and minor HTML/JS coding fixes. Coordinate with developers for larger builds and troubleshoot website performance and bugs. Email Marketing Design and deploy responsive HTML emailers for campaigns and automation workflows. Use tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or custom platforms for segmentation and targeting. SEO & Performance Marketing Lead and implement Advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, schema, site speed, etc.). Run and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROAS. Keyword research, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking setup. Analytics, Tracking & Data Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, data layering, and enhanced eCommerce tracking. Use GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, or similar tools for performance reporting and dashboards. Monitor KPIs, user journeys, and CRO strategies for lead and sales optimization. eCommerce & CRM (Advantageous) Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento for product uploads, promotions, and funnels. CRM integration and automation experience is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Tool Expertise Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog / GTmetrix / Hotjar Email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo) CMS like WordPress & Shopify AWS & cPanel hosting environments Basic HTML/CSS/JS for landing pages & emails Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong technical foundation. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field. Strong understanding of performance tracking, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Bonus: Experience managing digital campaigns for eCommerce businesses.
