Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Kochi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing marketing and branding strategies. The role also entails customer relationship management, team leadership, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
