• Regional Focus: Proven experience managing GCC automotive clients in India (OEMs/Tier-1s).
• Leadership: Track record of leading large teams (500+ members) and complex global delivery programs.
• Business Acumen: Strong P&L understanding, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Communication: Excellent client-facing, cross-cultural communication, and strategic partnership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Automotive or Computer Science preferred).
• MBA is an added advantage
