As the Head of Digital Partnerships (Lending) in Mumbai, your role is to strategically lead the growth of retail and MSME lending through fintech alliances, co-lending, and API-driven integrations. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital partnership strategies, negotiating and structuring partnerships with FinTechs, NBFCs, and e-commerce platforms, co-creating scalable digital lending products, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk frameworks, driving technology-led solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer journeys with embedded finance and seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital partnership strategies for lending growth. - Negotiate and structure partnerships with FinTechs, NBFCs, and e-commerce platforms. - Co-create scalable, innovative digital lending products. - Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk frameworks. - Drive technology-led, data-driven solutions. - Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders. - Enhance customer journeys with embedded finance and seamless digital experiences. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in lending, with 5+ years in digital partnerships or fintech. - Expertise in partnership structuring, negotiation, and execution. - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, product design, and technology. - Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. - MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
