About the Role

The Head – Digital & Analytics will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for defining and driving the digital transformation roadmap across the vertical. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product, technology, analytics, and transformation — orchestrating digital innovation, automation, and intelligence to deliver scalable, customer-centric, and commercially impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute the Digital & Analytics roadmap for the TaaS business, aligned to growth and innovation objectives.
• Lead large-scale platform and process digitization initiatives that modernize operations and enhance customer experience.
• Champion new digital business models and enable revenue growth through AI, automation, and platform thinking.

• Technology Evaluation & Architecture

• Continuously assess emerging technologies, stacks, and solutions to future-proof our ecosystem.
• Drive build-vs-buy and investment decisions with a clear ROI mindset.
• Build scalable, interoperable architectures leveraging cloud, data, and API-first design principles.

• Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Management

• Manage key technology and consulting partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
• Lead negotiations, sourcing, and performance governance for all major tech and analytics vendors.
• Cultivate a partner ecosystem that accelerates innovation and value creation.

• Product, Platform & Experience Innovation

• Oversee design and development of digital products and customer-facing platforms within the TaaS portfolio.
• Embed a product-led culture — agile, design-driven, and customer-obsessed.
• Digitize the full value chain — from onboarding to service delivery — for scale and efficiency.

• Analytics & Intelligent Decisioning

• Build a central analytics capability that drives insight-led decisions across functions.
• Deploy AI/ML, automation, and predictive models to enhance business agility and foresight.
• Foster a data-driven culture and democratize insights through self-service tools and dashboards.

• Leadership & Team Development

• Lead a cross-functional team of 25+ experts across product, tech, analytics, and transformation.
• Mentor leaders, nurture innovation, and build a high-performing digital organization.
• Inspire teams to think big, move fast, and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital transformation, product, or analytics leadership roles.
• Proven success in driving enterprise-scale digital programs in TaaS/SaaS or large B2B/B2C environments.
• Deep understanding of modern digital stacks, platforms, and architectures.
• Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and strategic technology sourcing.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and execution excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and CXO-level influencing skills.
