We are a fast-scaling fintech company, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth, operations, and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Business & Operations who will oversee the end-to-end business operations at Paywize. The role combines business development, strategy, and operational leadership. This individual will work closely with the founders to shape growth strategies, build partnerships, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer support.
  • Build and streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • People & Culture
  • Work with HR to strengthen hiring, retention, and performance culture.
  • Mentor and lead teams towards high-performance execution.
  • Strategy & Growth
  • Support founders in fundraising, investor relations, and key business decisions.
  • Monitor key metrics (sales, partnerships, profitability, customer growth) and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance processes, and internal risk controls.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations (preferably fintech, banking, or SaaS).
  • Strong track record of scaling businesses and building teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership and deliver results.
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
