• SOP-Driven Efficiency: Design and enforce gold-standard SOPs that drive consistency, accountability, and measurable impact.
• SLA Excellence: Build and monitor frameworks that not only meet SLAs but redefine them. Escalations don’t reach you — because your systems prevent them.
• Pan-India Presence: Lead a distributed team of 300+ professionals, from metros to remote hubs, ensuring unified performance and culture.
