Job Description

Role Overview:

Admin Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at Head Office, Regional Offices, Clubs, and Sales Galleries.
  • Ensure upkeep, maintenance, safety, and security of all facilities.
  • Manage space allocation, seating arrangements, and infrastructure planning.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Handle negotiations, onboarding, and management of vendors for facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, and other admin-related services.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance for cost-effectiveness and service quality.

3. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and health regulations across all locations.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for admin functions.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Identify areas of cost savings and process improvements.

5. Employee & Visitor Experience

  • Provide seamless admin support for employees and clients.
  • Ensure sales galleries and clubs reflect brand values and deliver premium experiences.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the admin team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Projects, and Sales teams to provide necessary administrative support.

7. Event & Travel Support

  • Oversee arrangements for corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage employee travel, accommodation, and related logistics.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of facility management, safety, and compliance norms.
  • Budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Business Administration/Operations/Facility Management).
  • 12–18 years of experience in administration, preferably in

    real estate, infrastructure, or large corporate setups

    .
  • Proven track record of handling

    multi-location facilities and premium client-facing spaces

    .
