Position Overview

Jesus Calls, with its 104 Prayer Towers and multiple ministry properties across India, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Administration.

This role will oversee administration, property management, facility operations, travel & logistics, security, vendor management, and event support. The Head of Administration will ensure every Prayer Tower, property, and event is well-maintained, compliant, and purpose-driven, aligned with the ministry’s mission to reach millions through prayer and compassion.

This is a high-impact leadership role where stewardship, excellence, and accountability are key.


Key Responsibilities


1. Infrastructure & Facility Management

  • Oversee 

    construction, renovations, and interiors

     of Prayer Towers and ministry buildings.
  • Develop and implement 

    preventive maintenance systems

     for all facilities.
  • Ensure 

    cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness

     across 104 Prayer Towers.
  • Streamline 

    asset tagging, facility audits, and AMC management

     to improve accountability.

2. Property Management

  • Manage 

    all owned and rented properties

     across India.
  • Handle 

    lease agreements, contract renewals, and property documentation

    .
  • Ensure 

    timely renewals

     to avoid penalties or lapses.
  • Optimize 

    building utilization

     to support ministry activities.
  • Track and monitor 

    property-related expenses, rental income, and compliance

    .

3. Security & Safety

  • Strengthen 

    security guard deployment, training, and supervision

    .
  • Oversee 

    CCTV system installation, cloud-based monitoring, and maintenance

     across all properties.
  • Lead 

    fire & safety compliance

    : fire equipment, evacuation plans, and safety drills.
  • Conduct 

    regular safety audits and compliance reviews

    .

4. Travel & Logistics

  • Oversee the 

    Travel Desk

     for staff, ministry leaders, and event teams.
  • Ensure 

    safe, cost-effective, and efficient travel arrangements

     (transport, accommodation, etc.).
  • Standardize and enforce 

    travel policies and vendor contracts

    .

5. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Oversee 

    procurement of goods and services

     with focus on quality and cost efficiency.
  • Establish 

    transparent vendor evaluation systems

     with SLA-driven contracts.
  • Implement 

    competitive bidding and contract monitoring

     to reduce cost leakage.

6. Prayer Festivals & Events Administration

  • Provide 

    end-to-end logistical support

     for national and regional Prayer Festivals.
  • Ensure 

    timely venue readiness, permits, and coordination with local authorities

     (municipal, police, fire safety).
  • Oversee 

    security, logistics, and vendor management

     for large gatherings.

7. Leadership & Compliance

  • Lead and mentor the 

    Administration team across all Prayer Towers

    .
  • Develop and enforce 

    SOPs for administration, property, and facility operations

    .
  • Manage 

    administration budgets

    , approve expenses, and ensure 

    financial accountability

    .
  • Ensure 

    compliance with legal, statutory, and organizational requirements

     across all functions.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage 

    multi-location facilities and properties

    .
  • Expertise in 

    property management, rentals, lease renewals, and asset accountability

    .
  • Strong knowledge of 

    facility management, construction, and preventive maintenance

    .
  • Experience with 

    CCTV systems, cloud monitoring, and fire & safety compliance

    .
  • Excellent skills in 

    procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations

    .
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and alignment with the 

    mission and values of Jesus Calls

    .


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in 

    Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related field

    .
  • 12+ years of experience

     in Administration / Facility / Property Management, with at least 

    5 years in a senior leadership role

    .
  • Proven track record in 

    managing rentals, renewals, property documentation, and compliance

    .
  • Experience in 

    construction projects, property maintenance, and security operations

    .
  • Exposure to 

    large event administration (Prayer Festivals, conferences, etc.)

     preferred.
  • Prior experience in 

    faith-based / NGO / mission-driven organizations

     is an added advantage.
