𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯, Monday to Saturday

𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 in Bengaluru

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: The Head of Administration is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of all non-academic operations of the school. This role ensures that infrastructure, facilities, human resources, finance, compliance, and general administration are managed efficiently for a safe, welcoming, and effective learning environment that supports the school’s academic vision.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• General Administration & Operations

• Accounts & Finance Management

• Admissions Management

• Human Resource Management

• Teacher Recruitment

• Governance & Reporting

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Master’s degree in administration, Business Management, Education Management, or related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in school administration or a comparable leadership role (international school experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of compliance, HR, finance, and facilities management.

• Proficiency in IT systems, MIS, and MS Office applications.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• High integrity, discretion, and accountability.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment.
