Job Description – Administration Head

We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Administration & Facility Leader with a strong track record in optimizing operational efficiency, managing multi-million-rupee budgets, and successfully executing large-scale administration, security, and facility projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless business operations by driving excellence across administration, corporate security, safety, compliance, HR support, EHS, and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end administration, security, and facility management operations across multiple units to ensure smooth business continuity.
  • Drive operational efficiency through effective policy implementation, budget management, cost control, and vendor optimization.
  • Develop and implement robust security protocols, risk assessment frameworks, emergency response plans, and crisis management strategies.
  • Oversee workplace safety, facility utilization, asset protection, logistics, and resource allocation to maintain a secure and productive environment.
  • Implement compliance standards, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to legal, safety, and organizational policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional administration and security teams, including training, development, and capability building.
  • Conduct security awareness programs and ensure continuous organizational preparedness against potential risks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support business expansion.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in administration, corporate security, EHS, facility and crisis management, ideally in large-scale or multi-location environments.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and compliance auditing.
  • Certifications in Business Management, Supply Chain Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Fire Safety & Prevention, EHS, or Financial Planning will be an added advantage.
  • Recognized for exceptional leadership and operational excellence, with commendations such as Army Commander Commendation, Chief of Army Staff Commendation, and SFC Commander-in-Chief Commendation (preferred for ex-defense profiles).
