Role Description: Admin Head (Immediate opening).

Administration Head

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the administration team across units/facilities.
• Oversee Facility, security, transport, housekeeping, and vendor management.
• Drive compliance, discipline, and process excellence.
• Ensure efficient employee support services.
• Act as the first point of contact for administrative escalations and crisis management.
• Build and mentor a strong admin team to deliver operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 15 years of proven administration experience in large organizations.

- Strong team handling and leadership skills.

- Expertise in facility management, compliance, and vendor negotiations.

- Preference for Retired Defense officers with proven experience in administration

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
