Administration & Operations Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end administrative functions including facility management, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, logistics, procurement, and campus operations.
• Establish and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards across departments.
• Ensure smooth daily functioning of campus facilities with minimal disruptions.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor teams across administration, housekeeping, security, transport, and operations.
• Build capability, manage performance, and ensure high service quality through structured processes.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage vendor relationships for facility services, maintenance, technology, and campus operations.
• Oversee contract negotiations, rate finalizations, renewals, and compliance with service-level agreements.

Compliance, Safety & Governance

• Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, legal, and compliance requirements related to campus operations.
• Lead safety initiatives, emergency response plans, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Oversee audits, documentation, and inspections required for regulatory compliance.

Budgeting & Resource Optimization

• Manage administrative budgets efficiently, ensuring cost optimisation without compromising quality.
• Forecast operational costs and monitor spending to support organisational growth.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with leadership, faculty, HR, events, and academic teams to support operational needs.
• Ensure campus facilities and services support high-quality academic and student experience goals.
