Location: India – Nellara Rice and Flour Mill LLC – Edappal, Kerala Reports to: HR Head – UAE Office Job Purpose: The HR Executive will act as the primary HR coordination point for the India operations of Nellara Rice and Flour Mill LLC. The role will focus on recruitment, attendance monitoring, and departmental coordination, ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for India operations (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, offers, joining formalities). • Coordinate with the HR Head (UAE) for manpower planning and approvals. • Conduct employee orientation and maintain onboarding documentation. 2. Attendance & Leave Management • Monitor daily employee attendance and maintain accurate records. • Track leave requests, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policy. • Prepare and submit attendance/leave reports to the HR Head (UAE). 3. HR Operations & Coordination • Serve as the HR liaison between departments in India and the HR Head in UAE. • Assist in maintaining personnel files and HR databases. • Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives as per directives from UAE. 4. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure HR records are up to date and aligned with statutory requirements. • Support in handling audits, inspections, and employee documentation. 5. Reporting • Provide periodic HR reports (recruitment status, attendance summary, attrition, etc.) to the HR Head – UAE. • Escalate employee relations concerns or disciplinary matters for further action. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG sector. • Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and attendance management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work under guidance of the HR head
