Job Description

1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational and talent-related matters. Drive a high-performance culture and align HR strategies with company objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition & Management Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. Develop employer branding strategies to attract skilled professionals. Ensure robust onboarding and employee retention strategies are in place. 3. Performance Management Design and manage performance appraisal systems. Set performance metrics and support managers in evaluating employee performance. Promote a feedback-driven and accountable work environment. 4. Compensation & Benefits Design competitive compensation and benefits packages. Benchmark salary data and ensure internal equity. Manage payroll and ensure statutory compliance. 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. 6. Learning & Development Identify training needs and design learning and development programs. Facilitate leadership and career development initiatives. Promote continuous learning and skills development. 7. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Mitigate legal risks by managing HR-related compliance.
