Major Responsibilities: The role holder will be responsible to manage the Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Benefits & Relations, Employee Experience & HR Technology, HR Quality & Governance, Reporting & Analytics, Employee Engagement and Communication, Performance and Rewards

The role holder will work closely with the Internal Stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experience & will support the growth plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates managing entire gamut of HR for min 15-25 years

Candidates having working experience of PSU Banks, Small Finance Bank, NBFC, Nationalized Banks
