About the Role

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR leader to head the Human Resources function for a fast-growing, professionally managed manufacturing group. The role involves leading HR across multiple plants and the corporate office, working closely with the promoter group to build scalable, future-ready people practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth across locations
Lead HR operations including Talent Acquisition, IR/ER, L&D, C&B, and Performance Management
Build and institutionalize scalable HR systems, policies, and tools
Drive culture, engagement, and leadership development initiatives
Partner with promoters and senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor
Bridge Plant HR and Corporate HR, standardizing people processes across the group

Ideal Candidate Profile

15+ years of HR experience, including:
5-10 years in Plant HR (manufacturing, preferably unionized)
5+ years in Corporate HR, reporting to Promoters or the CEO
Strong HR Generalist background with the ability to build or scale HR from the ground up
Proven experience managing multi-location setups
Exposure to family-managed or promoter-led organizations
Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, statutory compliance, and people processes
Excellent communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills
