Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to services and facilities.
• Train and coach staff members on providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in guest experiences.

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technology used in the hospitality industry.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
