Role: Executive - Admin and HR 📍 Delhi (Hybrid | Flexible Work Environment) We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our core team in Delhi. You will be a key support across our hotel operations, administration, book-keeping, and HR processes, helping to keep the back-end of the company running smoothly. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, gets things done efficiently, and likes being the person who quietly ensures everything stays on track. You'll assist in HR administration, coordinate with our Chartered Accountant for financial compliances, and handle a variety of operational and administrative tasks. What You’ll Do Assist in daily administrative tasks across Jalakara’s head office and hotel properties. Coordinate with external partners like the book-keeping firm, CA’s office to ensure smooth financial and statutory compliance. Handle documentation, records management, and general back-end operations. Support HR functions — helping with onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, and team coordination. Track make and organise payments, vendor follow-ups, and day-to-day office needs. Salary processing and payroll management. Who You Are Organised, detail-oriented, and good at following processes. Good with computers — basic knowledge of Tally, Zoho, and Excel preferred. Comfortable coordinating with professionals like CAs, staff, and vendors. A clear communicator (English & Hindi), professional and friendly in your approach. Enthusiastic about hospitality, design, and supporting a company that creates beautiful spaces.
