The Role

We’re recruiting a Guest Relations Executive

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with warmth and efficiency.
• Maintain guest profiles and track preferences for truly personalised service.
• Collaborate with F&B, housekeeping, spa, and other teams to curate experiences.
• Support pre-arrival communication and post-stay follow-ups.
• Ensure the front office and lobby feel organised, welcoming, and vibrant.
• Represent the property’s ethos and commitment to exceptional service in every interaction.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years in guest relations, front office, or hospitality customer service.
• Warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive — you notice what others might miss.
• Comfortable working in a boutique or remote setting.
