Job Description

Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

If you’re passionate about hospitality, love interacting with guests, and can manage events with grace and professionalism—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities


Guest Welcome & Farewell:

Greet guests with warmth, assist them on arrival, and ensure they leave with a positive final impression.

Event Coordination & Assistance:

Act as the primary point of contact for event hosts and VIP guests. Ensure all requirements such as seating, décor preferences, and dietary needs are communicated and executed smoothly.

Inquiry & Complaint Handling:

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Perform on-the-spot service recovery when needed.

Information Support:

Share accurate information about banquet hall facilities, services, and surrounding area details.

Guest Feedback Management:

Encourage and collect guest feedback during events to improve service standards and drive positive reviews.

Communication & Reporting:

Coordinate closely with F&B, housekeeping, and management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Administrative Work:

Maintain guest records, interaction logs, and event notes


Essential Skills & Qualifications


  • Excellent Communication:

    Strong verbal and written skills in English and local languages.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Ability to handle pressure, think quickly, and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude:

    Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Professional Presentation:

    Polished appearance, positive attitude, and courteous behavior.
  • Organizational Strength:

    Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience:

    1–2 years in guest relations, front office, or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field is an added advantage.
