Role Overview
As the
Growth Marketing - D2C
, you will be the strategic and operational leader behind Lino Perros online presence and revenue growth through its direct-to-consumer platform, . This is a high-impact role where you will own the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, driving full-funnel digital marketing strategies that significantly scale our e-commerce revenue. Youll have full accountability for performance metrics, website UX, and developing innovative ways to enhance our premium brand identity while delivering a world-class online shopping experience for our customers.This is an exciting opportunity for a

with expertise in D2C e-commerce, a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, and a data-first approach to scaling an online business.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Strategy Leadership:
- PL Ownership: Manage the end-to-end PL for the D2C business, with a focus on scalable growth , profitability, and premium brand positioning.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a performance-led growth strategy, delivering on revenue , traffic , customer retention , and LTV goals.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead collaboration across performance marketing , e-commerce operations , UX/UI , creative teams , CRM , and customer experience to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Success Metrics: Define, track, and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS , CAC , AOV , CLTV , cart abandonment , and repeat purchase rates to ensure growth objectives are met.
Performance Marketing Customer Acquisition
- Full-Funnel Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube , programmatic , and affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and acquisition.
- Customer Acquisition at Scale: Achieve sustainable CAC and ROAS through high-impact, data-driven campaigns while balancing scalable growth with cost-efficiency .
- A/B Testing Audience Segmentation: Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized targeting to continuously improve ad performance and campaign relevance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use GA4 , Shopify analytics , and attribution tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and ad creative.
Website Experience Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Website Performance Optimization: Own and improve the performance of across all aspects, including traffic , speed , UX/UI , conversion rates , and the overall customer journey .
- UX/UI Enhancements: Oversee the development of landing pages , visual storytelling , and product merchandising strategies to create an engaging, intuitive, and premium online shopping experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with tech and design teams to optimize the website using heatmaps , session recordings , and A/B testing .
- Mobile Experience: Ensure a best-in-class mobile shopping experience, optimizing for ease of use and conversion.
Retention Marketing CRM
- Omnichannel Retention: Develop and implement an omnichannel retention strategy , leveraging email , SMS , WhatsApp , loyalty programs , and retargeting .
- Customer Lifecycle: Design impactful post-purchase flows , win-back campaigns , and loyalty models to foster long-term customer loyalty and maximize CLTV .
- Repeat Purchase Optimization: Continuously test and improve strategies aimed at increasing repeat purchase rates and overall customer lifetime value .
- What We Are Looking For:
- Proven D2C Experience: 5+ years of experience in D2C growth marketing , ideally within a luxury or premium brand .
- E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce businesses with a strong focus on PL management , website optimization , and performance marketing .
- Analytical Data-Driven: Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in tools like GA4 , Shopify analytics , and attribution models to inform strategy.
- Leadership Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills to manage and develop internal teams and external agencies.
- Luxury Consumer Understanding: Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviors and the ability to translate this knowledge into high-impact marketing strategies.
