Growth Marketing Assistant Manager

Key responsibility

Digital Marketing & SEO

Conduct
keyword research
, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations.
Implement
on-page and technical SEO
to improve search engine rankings.
Develop and execute
link building strategies
to strengthen domain authority.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.).

Performance Marketing

Plan and manage
paid campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversions.
Perform
A/B testing
on creatives, audience sets, and landing pages.

Growth marketing and Funnel Optimisation

Build and execute
email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
using automation tools.
Manage
webinars, virtual events, and content syndication programs
to drive pipeline growth.
Improve funnel performance by implementing
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
strategies.
Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences.

Analytics & Reposrting

Analyze data across channels to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Build dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in
digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, automation tools, and CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho/Marketo, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
Strong project management and communication skills.
