Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our 0-1 GTM growth. You'll spend your days immersed on multiple short form channels like TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, X & Linkedin, identifying trends, think about creating engaging content with Runable use-cases inside them, building relationships with creators, and producing content that captures millions of views. This role combines creative content thinking, creation with strategic influencer partnerships for our GTM.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing across platforms

• Find relevant content creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X & Linkedin across platforms
• Reach out to them using your personal social media accounts to build real connections
• Look for creators who have between 5K to 100K+ followers and create marketing content

Creator led GTM

• Talk to creators about working together long-term
• Negotiate prices and partnership terms that work for both sides
• Keep good relationships with creators to ensure they deliver content on time

Creative Thinker - Everyday virality is the MOAT

• Work with creators to make engaging videos that show Runable's features
• Figure out what type of content gets the best response from their audience
• Give creators feedback on what works and what doesn't work
• Help creators understand how to present Runable in their video

Skills Required

Social Media Knowledge

• Good understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube work
• Know what kind of content gets popular on these platforms
• Experience with short videos and what makes them get views

Communication Skills

• Good at talking to people and writing messages
• Comfortable building friendships with creators over time
• Willing to use your own social media accounts to contact creators professionally

Understanding Creators

• Know how much creators typically charge for content
• Understand how to negotiate fair deals
• Know what creators need to make good content

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Active on social media (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube)
• Understand how social media marketing works
• Comfortable reaching out to creators from your personal accounts
• Good at managing multiple conversations and relationships at once

We Prefer:

• You create content yourself (any number of followers is fine)
• Previous experience working with influencers or social media marketing
• Know about business tools or email marketing
• Have examples of successful partnerships or campaigns you've worked on

Extra Points:

• Already know creators who make business or marketing content
• Have used email marketing tools before
• Creative ideas for unique partnership types
