Position Overview:

At A1 Apps, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting our marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimum decent marketing experience who is looking to develop their career in the field of app marketing, advertisements, and analytics. This is high-impact role & you will work closely with the marketing and development team to implement marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, understand product flows, spearhead growth initiatives, maximize user acquisition, engagement, monetization, retention of our app and contribute to our overall marketing success as well as ensuring our apps scale aggressively while delivering exceptional user experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own the end-to-end growth roadmap for A1Apps portfolio, ensuring aggressive yet sustainable scale across markets.

• Lead user acquisition through paid campaigns on Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, OEMs, DSPs, and explore emerging channels.

• Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to maximize organic installs, including keyword research, metadata optimization, store listing experiments, and creative testing.

• Design and implement growth experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, referral programs, pricing tests, viral loops) to unlock new avenues for growth.

• Create and manage lifecycle marketing frameworks including onboarding journeys, re-engagement campaigns, personalized messaging, push notifications, in-app nudges, and email/SMS campaigns to improve retention.

• Own monetization strategy across ads, in-app purchases, and subscription models. Optimize placements, design upsell flows, and test different revenue models to maximize ARPU and LTV.

• Establish and manage clear growth KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rates, churn, ARPU, and conversion rates. Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to leadership.

• Stay ahead of market trends and continuously explore new growth channels and technologies

Requirements and skills:

• Decent experience in app growth or mobile marketing, ideally with utility/productivity apps.
• Strong expertise in ASO, performance marketing, monetization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ad networks, attribution tools, and analytics platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, Data.ai).
• Proven ability to scale apps to millions of users across global markets.
• Analytical, creative, and comfortable running rapid growth experiments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
