Location: Noida ( On-site ) Duration: 3 to 6 months Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales/Strategy preferred) About EZ Compliance: EZ Compliance is a tech-driven platform simplifying regulatory, legal, and operational compliance for businesses across India. From managing licenses to litigation tracking and compliance calendars, our software offers an end-to-end compliance management solution. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for B2B compliance software solutions. Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies for client acquisition. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for demos, onboarding, and client success. Prepare business proposals and support documentation for potential clients. Maintain CRM records, monitor client pipelines, and track conversion metrics. Support in partnership development and channel sales initiatives. Desired Skills & Qualifications: MBA (Marketing/Strategy/Sales specialization preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Basic understanding of compliance, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus Proficiency in MS Office tools; CRM experience is an advantage Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude Eagerness to work in a high-growth startup environment What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS business development Opportunity to work closely with the founding team Exposure to India's compliance tech landscape Certificate of internship & potential for full-time conversion Show more Show less
