Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Provide basic technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls (especially Sophos firewalls). Monitor network performance and identify potential issues Assist in server maintenance and administration tasks. Maintain accurate documentation of network and server configurations. Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect the network and data. Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and server technologies.
