About Us


We are a fast-growing short-term and extended-stay rental platform, helping travelers and professionals find instantly liveable homes across cities. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can drive daily qualified leads, design targeted campaigns to sell priority properties, acquire new users, and retain existing ones.


Role & Responsibilities:


Lead Generation


Run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, OTA channels) to generate daily quality leads for the sales team.


Optimize campaigns for CPL (cost per lead) and conversion.


Build landing pages and funnels aligned with specific property sales.



Targeted Marketing & Conversions:


Prioritize and promote specific properties the company wants to sell faster.


Use A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segmentation.


Coordinate with the sales team to align lead flow with revenue goals.



User Acquisition & Retention:


Design and execute campaigns to attract new users (search, display, social, affiliates, SEO).


Build CRM/remarketing workflows (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications) to retain old users and re-engage drop-offs.


Track user journeys with analytics tools and reduce churn.



Analytics & Reporting:


Set up and manage tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Clarity/Hotjar.


Measure ROI, attribution, and cohort performance.


Deliver weekly reports on lead quality, property performance, and user retention metrics.



Who We’re Looking For:


Experience: 7 - 10 years in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, travel, or marketplace startups.


Proven track record of running lead-gen campaigns with strong conversion rates.


Deep understanding of performance marketing (Google Search, Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).


SEO/ASO knowledge for long-term organic growth.


Familiar with retention strategies: remarketing, lifecycle emails, CRM tools.


Data-driven mindset with ability to work on CAC vs LTV models.


Strong communication and collaboration skills with sales teams.



Technical Skills & Tools:


Performance Ads: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.


SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console.


Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar.


CRM/Automation: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Mailchimp/SendGrid.


Design/Creatives: Canva, Figma, basic video editing tools.


A/B Testing: Google Optimize, VWO or equivalent.
