Strong analytical ability to dissect campaigns when leads are down — not just pause or relaunch. Experience working with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio, etc. Able to reverse-engineer funnel issues: low intent traffic, bad offer positioning, copy mismatch, etc. Understanding of platform behaviors — e.g., how Google's machine learning allocates budget and optimizes conversions.
