Job Description

 🎯 Job Summary


We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented PPC Strategist who goes beyond setting up campaigns. You’ll be responsible for understanding ad platform algorithms, unlocking growth when leads slow down, and proactively solving performance issues. If you're someone who can spot trends, rebuild funnels, and turn around underperforming campaigns, we want to work with you.


 🔧 Key Responsibilities


  1. Own and manage performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on lead generation and conversion outcomes.
  2.  Continuously analyze why campaigns aren’t working — from ad fatigue, wrong audiences, landing page disconnects, to bidding mismatches.
  3. Develop actionable hypotheses and testing strategies to improve cost per lead (CPL) and quality.
  4.  Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall conversion journeys.
  5. Dive deep into campaign analytics, user behavior data (GA4, Hotjar, GTM), and CRM lead quality to understand not just clicks — but outcomes.
  6.  Monitor platform algorithm changes and proactively adjust bidding, targeting, and delivery strategies.
  7. Identify new audiences, keywords, placement opportunities when lead flow drops.


 🧠 Required Experience & Skills


  1.  3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven turnaround success stories.
  2.  Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing page performance, audience targeting, and ad optimization logic.
  3.  Strong analytical ability to dissect campaigns when leads are down — not just pause or relaunch.
  4.  Experience working with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio, etc.
  5.  Able to reverse-engineer funnel issues: low intent traffic, bad offer positioning, copy mismatch, etc.
  6.  Understanding of platform behaviors — e.g., how Google's machine learning allocates budget and optimizes conversions.
  7. Strong communication: able to explain why something isn't working and how to fix it.


 🧭 Bonus Traits


  1. Experience managing lead generation for real estate, hospitality, hotels services, or B2C brands.
  2. Familiarity with CRM data feedback loops — connecting lead quality with campaign strategy.
  3. Background in conversion copywriting or funnel building is a plus.

 Lead volume and cost per lead (CPL)

 Lead-to-customer conversion rate

 Campaign optimization turnaround time

 Ability to maintain performance across platform shifts

  1. Can build hypotheses, test them, and recover performance
  2. Has a strategic and outcome-first mindset, not a “run ads and wait” approach.
