We are one of the fastest growing universal search marketing providers based out of the US and India. We are backed by the investors of companies like Lyft, Twitter & Doordash. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs, and graduates from Stanford & Carnegie Mellon. We work with clients like HP, Bayer Group, Plix & Nykaa. We have a suite of proprietary technology that we build in house to outdeliver and outscale providers in the market.


Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead Passionfruit's marketing efforts and drive explosive user acquisition. You'll own our complete marketing funnel from brand awareness to conversion, responsible for building our online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing innovative growth strategies that scale our business.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Passionfruit's LinkedIn brand profile and founder's LinkedIn presence to establish thought leadership and drive engagement
  • Execute comprehensive LinkedIn engagement strategies including content creation, commenting, and relationship building with prospects and industry leaders
  • Develop and maintain presence across multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with platform-specific content strategies
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Create compelling marketing and sales materials including case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, blog posts, and video content
  • Build and nurture online communities around our brand, including Reddit engagement and other forum-based marketing initiatives
  • Implement creative growth hacking tactics including viral marketing campaigns, referral programs, product-led growth strategies, and unconventional acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with sales team to create content that supports the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and growth
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify emerging platforms and opportunities for early adoption
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and messaging strategies


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven digital marketing experience with demonstrable growth results and portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Expert-level LinkedIn marketing experience including personal branding, company page management, and B2B lead generation
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (written, visual, video) with ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms
  • Experience with community building and engagement strategies, particularly on Reddit and other niche platforms
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional copywriting abilities
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including social media management platforms, analytics tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics, draw insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Creative problem-solving skills with experience in growth hacking and unconventional marketing tactics
  • Experience with graphic and video design software like Canva, VidIQ, etc.

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Prior exposure to SEO/GEO marketing, AI tools, or content-led growth strategies
  • Existing personal brand or following in the digital marketing space
  • Event planning and execution experience
