Growth Marketer

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads, sales, and ROI

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

✅ Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

✅ Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

✅ A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages

✅ Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns

✅ Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.)

✅ Manage ad budgets efficiently

✅ Suggest improvements for funnel and landing page conversion

✅ Stay updated with platform changes and new features

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience running successful Meta & Google ad campaigns

✅ Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics

✅ Hands-on experience with:

   •   Facebook Ads Manager

   •   Google Ads / Google Analytics

   •   Pixel / Conversion Tracking

✅ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

✅ Basic knowledge of landing pages & funnels

✅ Good communication & reporting skills

Good to Have :

➕ Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Snapchat / TikTok Ads

➕ Knowledge of marketing automation tools or CRM

➕ Basic design or copywriting skills

➕ Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
