Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer located in Mumbai. We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, partnerships)
Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise clients across key verticals
Own marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI
Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) demonstrating AI/ML thought leadership
Optimize website, manage social presence, and execute ABM strategies
Collaborate with sales team on enablement, collateral, and lead qualification
Plan and execute industry events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives
Implement tracking, attribution, and A/B testing frameworks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years in growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or tech services
Proven track record driving measurable growth in enterprise marketing
Strong proficiency: Google Analytics, Google/LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO/SEM tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Self-motivated with startup mindset
