These are 100-day onsite internships with a total stipend of Rs 70,000. 1. Copywriter/Story Maker - Short Form (Social Media): Craft scroll-stopping copy and hooks for Instagram, LinkedIn & X. 2. Content Creator - YouTube & Instagram (Video-First): Shoot, edit, and script long-form & short-form video formats. 3. Content Creator - LinkedIn (Business & Leadership): Write carousels, POV posts, and thought-leadership content for founders and brands. 4. Visual Storyteller - Social Media (YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn): Design narratives using Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe, blending motion, visuals, and voice. 5. Media Intelligence & Pitching Intern: Track news trends, create story pegs, and support media outreach and pitch development with a keen eye for timing and relevance. 6. Story Maker - Long Form (Articles & Scripts): Write compelling editorials, research-backed blogs, video scripts, or strategic brand narratives. 7. Social Media Intelligence & Content Distribution Specialist: Study platform algorithms, trends, and best times to post. Speak to Social Media Developers to validate them. Distribute content across organic channels for impact and reach. 8. Audience Insights & Analyst Intern: Monitor audience behaviour, sentiment trends, and social listening to drive campaign strategy. Translate campaign metrics and engagement reports into actionable content insights for future formats. 10. Creator & Influencer Partnership Intern: Work on influencer research, outreach, and collaboration planning across Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn. 11. Experiential Content Intern (Events/Outdoors + IRL Storytelling): Capture live moments, behind-the-scenes action, and post-event storytelling that feels human and real.

About the Role: Are you a business researcher with a knack for drafting strong government proposals and navigating complex policy frameworks? As a Government Grants & Awards Specialist, you'll play a dual role—driving brand visibility through impactful award submissions while also identifying and leveraging government policies, schemes, and certifications that align with our strategic objectives. This cross-functional role is perfect for someone who thrives on writing, building relationships, and turning regulatory insights into growth opportunities. What You’ll Do Awards & Sponsorships Research and craft compelling award entries backed by strong factual data to maximise winning potential. Identify, evaluate, and secure relevant sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand and business goals. Develop persuasive sponsorship proposals and pitch decks for potential partners. Negotiate and manage end-to-end sponsorship agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain relationships with award committees, event organisers, and industry associations. Track submission deadlines and deliverables for awards and sponsorships. Collaborate with internal teams to gather case studies, metrics, and insights that support award nominations and pitches. Government Policy & Schemes Research and track government policies, grants, certifications, and incentive schemes relevant to our sector. Identify opportunities for collaboration or support from government bodies and public institutions. Draft and submit applications for government certifications, schemes, regulatory approvals, or policy-driven initiatives. Liaise with regulatory and policy stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with government requirements. Prepare briefing notes, internal reports, and documentation to inform decision-makers and teams.
