About the Role

We are seeking a YouTube Specialist to manage and grow our channel. The role focuses on channel operations, video optimisation, audience engagement, and analytics to drive reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily channel operations and content uploads.
Optimise videos with SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
Track performance using YouTube Analytics and prepare reports.
Assist in planning content calendars and growth strategies.
Engage with the audience through comments and community features.
Support monetisation efforts (ads, partnerships, sponsorships).

Requirements

0–4 years of experience in YouTube management, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and trends.
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
