What You'll Do


Research & Analysis
  • Conduct secondary and primary research across sectors such as policy, business, technology, finance, and more.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Track industry trends, emerging issues, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare structured reports, briefing notes, white papers, and research articles with strong analytical depth.
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and credibility of all research outputs.
Writing & Documentation
  • Draft clear, well-structured research content tailored for internal stakeholders, clients, and external publications.
  • Support the development of proposals, research frameworks, and concept notes.
  • Maintain high standards of writing with proper referencing, fact-checking, and data integrity.
  • Work closely with senior researchers, consultants, and project teams to support ongoing assignments.
  • Contribute research insights to strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and client projects.
  • Engage with knowledge databases, journals, and industry reports to enrich project outputs.
  • Manage timelines effectively and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines


What We're Looking For
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience

    in research, analysis, or academic/industry writing.
  • A degree in

    Political Science, Economics, Business, Public Policy, Communications, or related fields

    .
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a clear, concise manner.
  • Familiarity with research tools, academic databases, and industry sources.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
