About Us


At CommsCredible, we help brands tell stories that matter through PR, influencer marketing, content creation, design, and integrated campaigns. We are a fast-growing communications startup, and we’re looking for a Brand Solutions Lead who can translate client objectives into impactful marketing strategies, manage budgets, and deliver results that drive growth.

This is a strategic and client-facing role where you’ll be the bridge between brand needs and creative solutions, ensuring smooth execution across multiple marketing services.


What You’ll Do


Client Strategy & Solutions – Understand client objectives, develop tailored brand solutions, and present innovative approaches that align with business goals.


  • Budget & Resource Allocation – Advise on the right mix of PR, influencer marketing, content, and design to maximize ROI while managing budgets efficiently.
  • Campaign Leadership – Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Insights & Market Awareness – Track industry/category trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to refine brand strategies and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong client relationships with C-level executives and marketing leads, positioning CommsCredible as a trusted partner.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with consultants, content creators, and designers to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.
  • Performance Tracking – Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 5–6 years in brand strategy, client servicing, or marketing solutions (agency-side preferred).
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of PR, influencer marketing, content creation, and design ecosystems.
  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop solutions backed by data insights, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Client Servicing: Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering business impact.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
