We're looking for a Growth Marketer who can create content that actually connects with students and parents. Someone who understands social media, knows how to run digital campaigns, and can build our online presence from the ground up.

Our brand? Fun but professional. We're helping students make big life decisions, so everything we put out there needs to feel trustworthy and relatable at the same time.

What you'll do

Build the brand from scratch

Launch and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Create content that connects

Make posts, reels, and videos that students relate to and parents trust. Real, engaging content that works.

Know the audience

Understand study abroad dreams, parent concerns, visa stress, and career anxieties. Stay plugged into what both audiences need.

Run campaigns that perform

Plan and execute paid ads on Google and Meta. A/B test, optimize, scale.

Post consistently

Keep channels active, engaging and growing.

Track and optimize

Dive into analytics, pull insights, and tweak based on what's working. Be data-informed.

Work remotely with purpose

Mostly independent work, with regular meet-ups with the founder to strategize and execute.

What you bring

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid ads (not just certificates)
• Content creation skills – captions, reels, visuals that are relatable and engaging
• Understanding of student & parent psychology and how to speak to both
• Data-driven mindset – you know your metrics and optimize constantly
• Self-starter energy – you see gaps and fill them
• Bonus: Mumbai-based for occasional in-person brainstorms
