Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop

  short-term and long-term digital marketing plans + campaign strategies

• Craft brand

  tone of voice, positioning & storytelling

  on digital
• Act swiftly on

  trending and topical content

• Ideate, curate, and create

  social media content + ad copies

  that are

  minimal, quirky, and impactful

• Be actively involved in preparing

  pitch decks for potential clients

• Coordinate with clients for approvals, discussions, and feedback
• Liaise with internal teams – from briefing to incorporating client feedback seamlessly
• Monitor all postings to ensure

  brand consistency

  in language, tone, and visuals
• Assist in executing strategies across

  Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field

• 3–4+ years

  in digital marketing, social media management, planning & copywriting

• Flawless communication skills

  (written & verbal) to converse with both clients and team
• Familiar with

  latest social media trends, campaigns, and topicals

• Strong understanding of

  marketing strategy

  and campaign customization per audience
• Hands-on experience with

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.) and

  social media tools

  (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to multitask across diverse brands and projects
• Must have a personal laptop

Salary Structure

Please do not apply if your current salary expectations exceed ₹8.4 lakhs per annum.
