Role Summary

We are hiring a skilled, proactive Content Writer to create clear, engaging, well-researched content across blogs, social media, website pages, job guides, post-event reports, and marketing materialsaligned with our brand voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized content for job listings, landing pages, blogs, FAQs, job guides, and website content
• Create LinkedIn and social media content (organic + ad copy), including headlines and promotional messaging
• Conduct keyword research (local + regional) and support content planning/editorial calendar
• Produce content for emails, ebooks, product descriptions, explainer video scripts, and marketing campaigns
• Support GEO/AI-search optimization (featured snippets, AI-powered discovery)
• Engage and grow online communities by sparking conversations and responding to queries
• Write PR-grade articles for guest posts and media outreach; collaborate with marketing team to meet business goals

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English/Communications/Journalism (or healthcare/recruitment field)
• 2–3 years’ experience in content writing/copywriting (preferably recruitment/healthcare/medical)
• Excellent English writing skills (creative, error-free, easy-to-understand)
• Strong SEO knowledge and digital content strategy experience
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Able to multitask, work independently, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; portfolio is a plus
