Graphic Design & Motion Artist Role Description

Rad Digital is a digital marketing agency offering one stop digital solution with social

media management & paid advertising as our core services. We are hiring a Graphic

Designer & Motion Artist to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a young new age

Responsibilities:

● Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly for

new and potential clients

● Assist in implementing plans to meet client goals on popular social media

websites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn etc

● Create trending and visually appealing graphics & motion work

● Understand the client’s design & brand language in-depth

● Ideate and set design language for new clients when required

● Monitor postings to ensure design language is constant from the terminology

used to graphics posted

● Aid in the daily aspects of delivering towards the scope of work and their

campaigns

● Interact with team and potential clients by communicating and answering

questions

● Manages time and client deliverables with ease

● Loves to create reels, churn out topical led content in a jiffy

● Turn around content adhering to client feedback yet maintain our proposed

designs

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, business, marketing,

journalism, public relations or related field

● 1-2+ years experience in Graphic Designing & Motion

● Well-versed with field related softwares

● Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office

● General knowledge of Digital marketing, latest trends

● Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a

unique audience

● Ability to translate client briefs into clutter breaking designs

● Ability work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work

toward many company/clients initiatives at once

● Has good communication skills and can interact with clients

● Has own laptop
