Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in visual design. This role suits someone who enjoys turning ideas into strong visuals and understands how design supports branding and communication. you'll work closely with internal teams to create designs that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for digital platforms such as social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns
Develop marketing collaterals including banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and objectives
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design outputs
Edit, enhance, and retouch images using Photoshop and related tools
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to improve final deliverables

Required Skills & Tools

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software
Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Basic awareness of digital marketing creatives is an added advantage
Effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
2 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
A portfolio that clearly showcases creative design work and practical experience
