You’ll be the driving force behind our business growth — helping us find new clients, pitch creative solutions, and build strong relationships with brands that want to grow with Dot Labs. If you’re passionate about marketing, love experimenting with new ideas, and want to learn fast in a creative environment, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate and convert leads. Identify potential clients and pitch Dot Labs’ services (branding, web, motion, and AI). Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to improve campaigns. Collaborate with the creative and web teams to align marketing efforts. Manage outreach, social media campaigns, and engagement funnels. Drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Qualifications Strong interest or basic understanding of growth marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation. Excellent communication and pitching skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with marketing or CRM tools (bonus, not mandatory).
