Performance Analysis (Ecommerce): Track and report on sales performance from e-commerce partners, identifying best-selling styles, trends, and areas for improvement. In-Studio & Product Lifecycle Management: Collection & Product Launch Coordination: Prepare detailed line sheets for the brand's own website for every new collection or product launch, ensuring consistency and accuracy with brand standards. Assist in developing the collection release plan, coordinating internal teams (design, marketing, production) to ensure seamless product launches. Material & Production Flow: Manage the end-to-end process from material arrangement for production to ensuring timely delivery of finished orders to customers. Maintain a meticulous logbook for all customer orders and vendor interactions, ensuring clear records and efficient communication. Vendor Management & Sourcing: Actively research and identify new vendors (e.g., fabric suppliers, manufacturers, embellishment specialists) as per company requirements, ensuring adherence to luxury quality standards and ethical practices. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new vendors, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring high-quality output. Inventory & Sample Management (Studio): Oversee the organization and maintenance of all in-studio inventory, including raw materials, samples, and finished goods. Quality Control Support: Assist in preliminary quality checks of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring they meet the brand's stringent luxury standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion, E-commerce, or a related field.
