We’re now looking for a Sales & Growth Executive


Role Overview:

direct sales and growth

Key Responsibilities:

Website and e-Commerce

  • Optimize website user journey from landing → checkout
  • Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to keep listings, pricing, and stock accurate


Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Plan, run, and optimize 

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

     campaigns
  • Focus on 

    conversion-driven and retargeting campaigns

  • Track performance, ROI, and provide weekly actionable reports

  • Suggest creatives, campaign adjustments, and strategies based on analytics


Sales Funnels & Customer Management

  • Set up and manage sales funnels via WhatsApp, email, and website
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure smooth conversion
  • Segment audience for personalized campaigns


Marketplaces & Stockists

  • Coordinate with stockists for promotions and marketing support
  • Monitor marketplace dashboards and suggest ways to push sales


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Weekly reporting of website traffic, ad performance, sales metrics
  • Track lead-to-sale conversions and provide insights for improvements


Customer Engagement

  • Respond to queries from website and social media promptly
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout


KPIs

  • Monthly website sales & revenue growth
  • Conversion rate improvement
  • ROI on ad spend (targeted minimum 3x return after 2 months)
  • Lead-to-sale conversion efficiency
  • Marketplace sales contribution


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in 

    digital sales, performance marketing, or e-commerce

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM

  • Comfortable analyzing data and metrics

     to make decisions
  • Hands-on, ownership-driven, result-oriented
  • Interest in 

    fashion/luxury goods

     is a plus
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
