Growth Marketer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who’s analytical, organized, and deeply curious about how content and data drive B2B growth.

You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, planning and supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal marketing as well as agency clients.

This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into data, coordinating moving parts, and helping marketing teams execute smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

Research & Insights

Conduct secondary research on industries, audiences, and competitors.

Build insight decks and structured data sheets to support campaign planning.

Identify emerging trends and opportunities within target markets.

Operations & Task Management

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows.

Coordinate internally across marketing, design and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain project trackers and monitor progress across multiple clients.

Marketing Support

Assist in content strategy, keyword research, and SEO-driven initiatives.

Support analytics and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Contribute ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

What You’ll Need

2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments.

Solid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, StackExchange).

Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb).

Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics.

Basic technical knowledge would be good to have (e.g., understanding how websites, analytics, and tags work together)
