Who we're looking for : We are looking for a growth professional with roughly five years of experience who blends sharp analysis with sound product instincts. You spot opportunities in data, frame hypotheses, design A/B tests, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ship improvements that move activation, retention, and revenue. Clear communication, thoughtful prioritisation, and the ability to guide a campaign team are essential. If you enjoy owning the full growth funnel and driving measurable impact, this role is for you. Roles and responsibilities: Opportunity Mining – Analyse data, user research, and market trends to uncover new growth levers (channels, segments, features). Experiment Pipeline Translate insights into well-scoped A/B tests and lifecycle experiments. Define success metrics, sample sizes, run times, and document learnings. Execution Leadership Run weekly stand-ups with campaign, product, design, and data teams. Sequence launches, clear blockers, and maintain a reliable ship cadence. Lifecycle & Monetisation Flows Map full-funnel journeys—activation nudges, habit loops, upsell/cross-sell, win-backs. Draft briefs for copy/design and coordinate with CRM & product teams to improve retention and ARPU. Insight & Reporting What is needed for this role: 3–5 years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing within fintech or consumer tech. Proven record of moving core metrics (activation, retention, revenue) through structured experimentation. Familiarity with growth frameworks (AARRR, loops, LTV/CAC payback). Strong analytical skills: SQL and/or advanced Excel; fluent with tools like Amplitude or Clevertap for cohort and funnel analysis. Product-centric mindset; comfortable collaborating with PM & engineering on rapid iterations. Solid copy/design sense to brief creatives that resonate with target segments. Clear communicator who turns data into persuasive stories. Bias for action and creativity; thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Nice to Have Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners. Exposure to credit or payments products and their risk/compliance nuances. Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
